Mr. Matt Lahiff, General Manager of Doubletree Hotel and Thomas Toliver, Director of Food and Beverage at 15 ria restaurant, are pleased to announce Chef Adeyemi Allen as the new Executive Chef at the renowned 15 ria.
Executive Chef Adeyemi joins 15 ria most recently from the world famous Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs. Additionally, he has honed his culinary skills at La Residence, Fusion New World Cuisine, and George Wyatts Carolina Alumni Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
In his new position, Chef Adeyemi will oversee all culinary operations for the restaurant and outdoor terrace, as well as catering banquets for the Doubletree Hotel.
Guests will find that Chef Adeyemi challenges himself to make their dining experience marvelous and memorable. His diverse seasonal menus keep the restaurant creative and adventurous, and guests will love the remarkable new choices.
